摘要:
通过对8家企业的226位员工施测的核心自我评价量表、工作投入量表、职业承诺量表和职业成功量表进行分析,考察核心自我评价对职业成功的影响,以及工作投入和职业承诺在其中的作用。研究结果表明:(1)核心自我评价、工作投入、职业承诺、职业成功四者之间均显著正相关;(2)核心自我评价并不能直接影响职业成功,它影响职业成功的显著路径有两条,一是通过工作投入影响职业成功,二是通过工作投入影响职业承诺,进而影响职业成功。
