摘要:
知识和创新被认为是除了劳动力和资本之外的第三大生产要素，大学作为创新的主要起源地，正在通过各种途径，特别是通过技术转移增强其在区域经济发展中的作用。文章通过科研资源禀赋、人力、组织政策和结构、组织文化、外部环境等五个维度，分析美国麻省理工学院的科技创业与波士顿地区产业集群的互动发展模式，突出大学为区域经济发展做出的贡献，并为我国大学开展科技创业活动提供有益的参考。
