摘要:
移动传播技术的发展带来了深刻的政治变迁，这种变迁既影响政治实践的图景，也影响传播实践的现实和未来。最根本的影响是政治参与的主体和模式发生了巨大变化，草根权力不断挑战传统的政治精英权力。而传播网络对于公共生活和安全的正向作用始终值得我们关注。
